Service Tech Certified

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repair work on hydraulics systems, generators, mowers, chainsaws, garden tillers, and/or compressor pumps-single/two stage
• Provide effective communication with customers, vendors partners, tech support, and team members
• Perform diagnostic assessments to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
• Complete work orders and estimates
• Able to use the computer to do online training, look up parts, and order parts
• Work in a safe and efficient manner
• Continually seek both technical and product training when available

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Preferred experience with hydraulics systems, generators, mowers, chainsaws, garden tillers, and/or compressor pumps-single/two stage repairs
• Education: High school diploma required, technical or vocational education preferred
• Professional Certifications: Certification in small engine repair; 2 and 4 cycle gas engines
• Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities: Effective communication, phone, computer, and problem-solving skills. Sound time management and multi-tasking skills
