About the role
Pella Windows and Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team in the Hilton Head, South Carolina area. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Service Pella products in area homes
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Prepare field reports on product problems
- Collect COD receipts and maintain service order and billing paperwork
- Ensure quality customer service
- Drive a company vehicle
Requirements
- Knowledge of residential construction
- Windows and Doors experience
- Ability to use hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related education/experience, preferably in building materials or construction
- High School graduate required
- Computer experience preferred

Pay
