Service Team Member & Party Host

Event Coordination

• Coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.

Customer Service

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Complete enrollments for Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Participate in Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Operational Tasks

• Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store recovery standards.
• Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
