Requirements
- A positive attitude

- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment (a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas
- Bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including transporting food trays across different elevations and stairs
- Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
- Ability to remain on your feet for most of the day
- Active engagement in a variety of physical tasks throughout the shift
- Endurance to maintain pace in a high-volume working environment
