We’re seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring team members for hourly Service Support Playmaker positions who are fanatical about putting a smile on our Players’ and fellow Playmakers’ faces.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a love for fun

• Ability to thrive in a popular, fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas
• Bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
• Support the team where needed—restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including transporting food trays up and down stairs and different elevations
• Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
• Be on your feet for most of the day, with constant walking and physical activity
• Endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
