• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
• Jump in to support the team where needed—restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
• Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the work area clean, safe, and compliant

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including transporting food trays up and down different elevations and stairs
• Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
• Be on your feet for most of the day, walking throughout your shift
• Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities
• Endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment, including long shifts
