Service Supervisor - Jefferson Dedham

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Greystar" (company description) then "Job Description Summary", "Job Description", then "BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:", "SPECIALIZED SKILLS:", "TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:", then pay info, benefits. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About Greystar: company overview. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic heading for role description. But we have "Job Description Summary" and "Job Description". Could combine into "Responsibilities". Use

Responsibilities

with paragraphs and list. - Requirements/Qualifications: "BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:" includes education, experience, skills. Could be Requirements or Qualifications. Use

Requirements

maybe. - Skills: "SPECIALIZED SKILLS:" includes certifications, driver's license. Could be Skills. - Travel/Physical Demands: could be Schedule? Actually schedule is about flexible work schedule, call evenings weekends holidays. Also physical demands. Could be Schedule? But schedule heading is for work schedule info. We have "Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays." That's schedule. Also physical demands could be part of Requirements? But we can create a Schedule section for flexible schedule. Physical demands maybe part of Requirements? But we have no separate heading for physical demands; we could include under Requirements as a list. - Pay: "The hourly range is $43.00 - $45.00." plus Additional Compensation details. So we need Pay section. - Benefits: "Robust Benefits Offered*: ..." plus details. So Benefits section. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can format as paragraphs and lists. We need to avoid duplication. The posting includes some repeated lines? Not obvious. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

About the role

maybe include company overview? Actually "About the role" could be job description summary. But we have "About Greystar" which is company overview. Could be placed under About the role? Might be better to have a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must map content to those headings. "About Greystar" is not exactly about the role, but we could put it under About the role? Might be okay. Or we could omit About Greystar? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. The allowed headings do not include "About the company". But we could put it under About the role as a preamble. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect us to use those headings where appropriate. We could also add other headings if needed? The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those. Thus we need to map: - About the role: could include job description summary and maybe company overview? But we have separate "Job Description Summary" and "Job Description". We'll put responsibilities under Responsibilities. - Responsibilities: list of duties from Job Description. - Requirements: basic knowledge & qualifications (education, experience, skills, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe we could split basic knowledge & qualifications into Requirements and Qualifications? But we have both headings allowed. Could use Requirements for basic knowledge & qualifications, and Qualifications for specialized skills? Or Skills for specialized skills. Let's decide: - Requirements: basic knowledge & qualifications (education, experience, general skills, math, computer proficiency, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe we could include specialized skills? But we have Skills heading for that. So Qualifications could be left empty? Better to use Skills for specialized skills, and Qualifications for maybe certifications? Actually specialized skills include certifications, driver's license. That's more like qualifications. But we have Skills heading; we can put certifications there. - Schedule: flexible work schedule, call evenings weekends holidays. - Pay: hourly range and additional compensation. - Benefits: robust benefits offered. We also have Travel/Physical Demands: could be part of Requirements (physical demands) or Schedule? Physical demands not schedule. Could be part of Requirements as a list. We must not create sections with filler. So we will include all sections that have real content. Let's extract content: About Greystar paragraph: "Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate platform offering expertise in property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing.
