Service Supervisor - Commercial

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in daily job scheduling to meet customer preferences
• Provide immediate problem-solving support to office staff and service technicians
• Monitor service technicians' schedules in real-time to optimize efficiency and profitability
• Track job completions and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Process completed jobs accurately and handle materials properly
• Conduct employee performance reviews, document issues, and develop improvement plans
• Involvement in planning and setting departmental goals and objectives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Effective communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally
• Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems
