Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and all PHS employees.
• Schedules and makes deliveries to patients’ homes in a timely manner.
• Confirms delivery and reports potentially unsafe conditions.
• Performs and instructs the initial set-up of oxygen and some DME.
• Performs data entry functions to log customer visits, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinates regular maintenance service to company vehicles.
• Assists with warehouse duties and equipment processing as needed.
• Manages time efficiently and is competent in estimating drive times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Durable medical equipment (DME) experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Warehouse and/or driving experience in the area is a plus.
• Experience in Brightree EHR a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with rotating on‑call coverage.
