Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the customers before and after service to ensure we provided the best possible experience
  • Address customer issues and respond to all inquiries including, but not limited to, pricing, billing, products, grievances, and new account set-up
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customer during the service day
  • Handle each call with a high level of professionalism, warmth, and eagerness
  • Cook daily with up to 12+ service technicians to ensure customer request and data entry are taken care of
  • Coordinate daily with up to 12+ service technicians to ensure customer request and data entry are taken care of
  • Ensure Technician work orders and routes are prepared and dispatched daily
  • Communicate with Customer Service for scheduling and emergency needs
  • Communicate with Service Coordinator for follow-up scheduling for additional customer service needs
  • Review billing for adjustments and customer invoicing
  • Maintain customer accounts with service-related information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior Experience in a service dispatching and/or logistics role preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Cargas Energy Systems or industry related software experience a plus, but not required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience working with both internal and external customers
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and at all levels of the ThompsonGas organization
  • The ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: $XX - $YY per hour
