Service & Sales Route Technician

About the role

We offer extensive training for our technicians so they can deliver valuable service to our customers every day.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our commercial dish machines in customer locations.
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
• Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced, physical position.
• Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Be able to work Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:30pm with occasional overtime (43-48 hours/week average).
• Be able to work on call after hours rotation of 4-6 days per month.

Pay

Average pay is $60,000-$65,000/year ($23-$24/hr base plus on-call and overtime pay).

Schedule

Work Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:30pm with occasional overtime (43-48 hours/week average) and participate in an on-call rotation of 4-6 days per month.
