Service & Sales Representative - Training Provided
Start your career with a company that’s been serving the food service industry for over 85 years. Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Indianapolis team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
About The Role
After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.
Pay
$60,000-$65,000 annually, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including hourly pay, overtime, and on-call bonuses.
Schedule
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call rotation: Once every 4-5 weeks
