About the role
CLEAR is building easier, safer, and faster experiences at the airport. As a Member Experience/Service Ambassador, you’ll deliver top notch service for CLEAR members and travelers.
Responsibilities
- Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.
- Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey.
- Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution.
- Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience.
- Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
- Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc)
- Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Successful completion of airport badging and government screening, including a drug test.
