Service Representative - Fayetteville, TN

About the role

This position will service customers in the Fayetteville, TN area. As a Service Rep you will be on-site, front-facing, at our client locations to service and stock delivered products, scan and download product orders, unload and load material as required. You will also need to respond to a variety of customer needs via phone, email and/or in-person.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs - 50lbs and work on your feet 50%-75% of the day
