Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally at the service counter
- Check in and check out customers for service appointments
- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments via phone, email, and in person
- Process customer payments accurately (cash, card, and other payment types)
- Provide updates to customers regarding vehicle status and service timelines
- Cookordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Answer incoming calls and assist with service-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, appointments, and transactions
- Support pick-up and delivery coordination when needed
- Ensure the service reception area remains organized and welcoming
