About the role

Enhance service quality through training programs designed to improve customer satisfaction and employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training modules on service excellence
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement training initiatives
  • Assess employee performance and provide coaching as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge of service industry best practices

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule
