About the role
Enhance service quality through training programs designed to improve customer satisfaction and employee performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training modules on service excellence
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement training initiatives
- Assess employee performance and provide coaching as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of service industry best practices

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
