About the role

Air Systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Service Projects Team, skilled in Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping, who thrives on unique designs, projects, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Make sales contacts and research customer needs
• Follow up on sales leads with new and existing customers
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Establish long-term, ongoing repeat relationships with clients
• Meet established sales and profit goals
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain professional communications with co-workers and clients
• Facilitate and troubleshoot problems associated with projects
• Provide advice to clients and respond to client inquiries
• Provide estimates and proposals to clients
• Provide direction for projects
• Purchase materials and equipment as needed
• Obtain all permits
• Maintain control of project costs
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree
• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce
• Well-developed sales process and sales skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Developed presentation skills
• Strong customer relations skills
• Ability to attend client project meetings
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills

Pay

Competitive salary range: $130,000–$145,000 annually.
