Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid Project Manager in managing internal department relationships.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on scope, price, submittals, and delivery of purchased items.
- Coordinate installation procedures among Engineering, Construction, and other stakeholders.
- Manage job progress on-site as needed, utilizing design expertise to address operational and installation challenges.
- Plan work, track labor, materials, and deliveries, and manage project costs.
- Escalate potential issues and assist in resolving them under the Project Manager's guidance.
- Maintain, develop, and grow relationships with customers, prime contractors, trade partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and trade personnel.
- Attend job kick-off, progress, foreman, and OAC meetings.
- Interface with installers, suppliers, and subcontractors to provide information, direction, and detailed instructions.
- Manage subcontractors to meet project expectations.
Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, Etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A concentration in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or 3-5 years of industry experience or a combination of experience and education.
- High sense of integrity, business ethics, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency and proven success in interpersonal relationship building and positive customer service interactions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and follow directions.

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.
- Maintain regular and routine attendance.
- Hours: Non-exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 6:00am and 5:00pm as scheduled with the position’s supervisor. Occasional overtime may be necessary per business needs.
- Travel: As required from time to and from the assigned office location to regional branch offices and/or to project/customer site(s).
