Key Responsibilities Create our customer’s first-impression experienceExemplify excellent customer service and professionalismInspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible productsEducate customers on pest prevention and recommend necessary actions to keep their properties pest-free. Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managersFollow a daily schedule (route), insuring timely arrival at each accountFollow all safety protocols and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest controlStay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques, products, and safety standardsMaintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendationsMaintain and clean pest control equipment and company vehiclePossess a high level of professionalism and integrityOther tasks as assigned by management Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required The ideal candidate will have boundless energy and enthusiasmExcellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer serviceHighly motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a teamMaintain a clean and professional appearance at all timesComfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and confined spacesMust have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR checkMust pass a criminal background check and drug screenAble to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed Benefits Routed from Home - You are provided a VEHICLE, and a GAS Card!
