Job Summary

We are seeking a Pest Control Service Professional to join our team. This position is open to candidates from various industries including construction, lawn care, and retail, who possess strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Details

This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $20 - $25 per hour, with an additional sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.

Requirements

• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed.
• Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services.
• Perform residential pest management service routes with the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Complete all duties required by a pest/mosquito/termite service professional: customer consultation, inspection, identify/eliminate conducive conditions and perform proper treatments.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job-related items.
• Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest related issues by using integrated pest management strategies.

• Operational Efficiency: Understands and optimizes operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with different departments to ensure smooth operations and stakeholder alignment.
• Organization and Time Management: Prioritizes tasks, manages multiple workflows, and achieves goals on time.

Experience & Other Requirements

• Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must have Field Rep licenses or Applicator licenses.
• Works well in the presence of all pests.
• Able to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, sitting, stretching, reaching, and crouching.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
