Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles between the service drive, service bays, and parking lots.
• Aid in the return and delivery of serviced vehicles.
• Assist service advisors in placing key tags on incoming vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the service department.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles, both inside and outside.
• Remove old scrap parts from the shop.
• Clean oil storage tanks, drains, and dispose of oil filters.
• Help technicians with oil and water spills and emptying drain tubs.
• Run errands as directed by department management.
• Achieve 'above district' customer service information 'CSI' scores.
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues immediately.
• Comply with relevant regulations and maintain dealership assets and customer data.
• Complete required training through the company training portal.
• Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Practice ethical business standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
