About the role
Dealership L0547 Elk Grove Ford is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Service Porter to join their growing Service Department team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer areas, and parking lots.
- Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed.
- Aid service advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation and other support tasks.
- Monitor dealership grounds and ensure vehicles are properly arranged and secured.
- Shuttle customers when needed and assist with general dealership operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Pay
The Hourly Pay for this position is $17.00. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
