About the role

Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Cleveland West is hiring a full-time Service Plumbing Tech based in North Royalton, OH. We're looking for an experienced service plumbing tech who can diagnose problems, explain repair options and complete residential plumbing repairs and drain-service calls. Commercial service experience is a strong bonus, but not required. You'll start by learning our company procedures and service process, then take ownership of your calls with support from the team when needed. This is not an entry-level or helper position.

Pay

$18-$32 per hour, based on experience. Monthly bonuses.

Schedule

Weekday 8 AM-4 PM availability; a noon-8 PM shift may also be a fit. Only one shift required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing and drain problems
• Complete plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning and service-related installations
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Document the work performed, including useful job notes and photos
• Keep the vehicle, tools and work areas organized and follow company safety procedures
• Handle commercial service calls as assigned, with support for unfamiliar equipment or systems when needed

Requirements

• Hands-on residential service-plumbing experience, including troubleshooting and repairs, not only new construction
• Ability to run a service call from diagnosis through completion, with team support when needed
• Clear customer communication, reliable follow-through and sound judgment about when to ask for support
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to report to our North Royalton base and serve customers throughout Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina Counties
• Commercial service-plumbing experience is a strong bonus, not required
