Responsibilities

• Maintain a presentable and professional appearance at all times
• Provide top quality workmanship at all times
• Ensure all work performed is compliant with company standards
• Offer sound recommendations for customer issues, issue proposals with recommendations, and/or pass information to the office to issue a proposal for repairs
• Discuss repairs with the customer and point out any additional repairs required to ensure the plumbing repair is safe and sanitary
• Complete all job tasks as expected by the customer
• Follow up with the customer in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction with the work
• Complete all work orders accurately, legibly, and in a timely fashion
• Help train team members on CES standards, customer standards, and plumbing practices
• Travel to various plumbing supply outlets as requested by the Service Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience working in the plumbing industry
• Minimum 5 years of customer service-related experience
• Able to climb and balance on ladders, stand or sit for long periods, and work at heights
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Must be insurable at all times by CES insurance carrier

Qualifications

• Florida State Journeyman license preferred but not required
