What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and light commercial settings
- Present clear repair and replacement options to customers
- Recommend complete, long-term solutions
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service
- Accurately document estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan
- Follow safety standards and plumbing codes
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Comfortable with commission-based pay
- Customer-focused, accountable, and professional
- Flexible availability (8–12 hour shifts, some weekends)
- ServiceTitan or Nexstar experience is a plus
