Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-Star Service to every client, ensuring the best communication in the industry.
• Work with dispatchers to serve clients’ needs effectively.
• Perform top-quality plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Educate clients about their plumbing systems and solutions.
• Work in a safety-conscious environment.
• Complete paperwork using state-of-the-art tablets and operating systems.
• Help clients maximize value through warranty programs and processing.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and repair skills.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• At least two years of hands-on plumbing experience.
