Pay

Starting pay: $26 – $32 per hour, based on experience. Includes profit‑sharing program for all employees and annual pay review.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety – it is our #1 priority
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair existing plumbing systems
• Accurately read blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
• Apply plumbing codes to make repairs properly
• Maintain detailed service records
• Remain customer‑service focused

Requirements

• 5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing service/maintenance experience
• Journeyman plumbing license
• Backflow certification
• Experience operating a jetter is highly preferred
• Ability to maintain a drug‑free workplace
• Punctual and reliable
• Willing to work 10‑hour days, overtime when necessary, and be on‑call
• Capable of working in extremes of heat, cold, and bad weather, indoors and outdoors
• Able to stand and walk throughout the workday, lift/carry up to 60 lbs
• Able to work efficiently in confined spaces
• Comfortable reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and bending
