Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving sewer and drain problems
- Performing drain cleaning and sewer services
- Operating drain machines, snakes, hydro-jetters, and other professional equipment
- Performing sewer camera inspections and identifying problem areas
- Troubleshooting plumbing and drainage issues
- Recommending solutions and explaining findings to customers
- Performing preventative maintenance and emergency services
- Completing accurate service documentation
- Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Following safety standards and applicable plumbing codes
- Working closely with dispatch and the rest of the team to provide an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer service, or a related field
- Experience with drain machines, hydro-jetters, sewer cameras, or similar equipment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, sewer, and drainage systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- The ability to safely handle heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
