Service Plumber

1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties in Gwinnett County, GA, and neighboring communities in North East Georgia. We deliver true emergency plumbing with a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

About the role

We are looking for a service plumber of all experience levels. Compensation varies depending on experience. You’ll leverage state-of-the-art equipment to provide first-class service, identify additional service opportunities, and maintain excellent communication with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities

• Leverage state-of-the-art equipment to provide first-class service to customers
• Identify other opportunities for servicing and discuss with customer
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
• Perform excellent quality work and customer service
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
• Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to plumbing emergencies
• Be the team member everyone wants to work with
• Consistently complete a minimum of $35,000 in revenue from completed jobs

Requirements

• At least 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Schedule flexibility to work one night a week and one weekend a month
• At least three years of residential plumbing experience
• Must be able to park company supplies vehicle at your residence

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience using Service Titan software
• Excavation experience
• Living within 35 minutes of Lawrenceville
