1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties.

About the role

The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory. We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
• Perform excellent customer service
• Perform excellent quality work
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
• Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
• Be the team member everyone wants to work with

Requirements

• Able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work when given state-of-the-art equipment
• Able to perform daily responsibilities listed above
