Service Pick Up and Delivery CDL Driver - Mount Vernon, WA

About the role

Gordon Truck Centers, Inc. (GTC) is seeking a qualified and safety‑minded CDL driver for its Mount Vernon, WA location. The driver will pick up and deliver customer vehicles within a specified regional area, ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing commercial vehicle transport, and uphold safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to and from their place of business within the assigned region.
• Maintain knowledge of all laws and regulations related to transporting commercial vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
• Communicate customers’ concerns and needs honestly and professionally to service advisors.
• Operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Work with limited supervision; take initiative as a self‑starter.
• Provide flexibility for extended work hours as business needs dictate.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CDL driver’s license with trailer and passenger endorsements.
• Valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate or ability to obtain one.
• At least 3 years of commercial over‑the‑road driving experience.

Pay

$21.00 to $27.00 per hour, based upon experience.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Potential overtime based on business needs.
