Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning process for service parts globally, encompassing forecasts and continuous improvement
- Implement statistical forecasting models and use business intelligence for decision-making
- Collaborate with regional teams to create consensus demand plans across different geographies
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive corrective actions for forecast accuracy
- Own supply planning processes and ensure alignment with inventory targets at repair centers
- Drive inventory optimization strategies to balance service levels and working capital
- Establish and manage KPIs for service parts availability and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7-10+ years experience in global demand planning, supply planning, or service parts logistics
- 1 year managing global or multi-regional supply chain operations
- 1 year with inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning principles
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
