Key Responsibilities
- Parts inventory inbound/outbound handling
- Physical stock organization and cycle counting
- RMA and defective parts management
- Packing, labeling, and shipping
- UPS and ERP system processing
- First-level response for internal parts inquiries
- Warehouse organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Managed daily parts receiving, sorting, storage, and shipping operations
- Basic English required / Korean required
- Organized inventory locations and maintained a clean, structured warehouse layout
- Handled RMA processes, including defective parts separation, HDD returns, and scrap management
- Performed regular physical inventory checks and basic inventory reporting
- Supported internal teams (Service, Admin, CS) with parts-related requests
- Prepared shipments, including packing lists and basic shipping documentation
Education
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience (Logistics / Business / Electronics preferred)
Physical Demands
- Sitting/Travel: The role requires extended periods of sitting, including time spent traveling by car or plane, attending meetings, and working on a laptop or mobile devices while in offices, client locations, or remote settings. The position also involves periods of standing and walking during client visits and events.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking during warehouse operations
- Hands-on physical work, including packing and loading
