Service Operations Coordinator - Spokane, WA

About the role
This role supports our Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, and Helena, MT branches and will be based in Spokane, WA. As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process, including booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiating invoice down payments, requisitioning parts, following up with customers, and coordinating with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs. You will collaborate with General Managers, Salespeople, Supervisors, and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and enhance customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing repair business of the branch.
- Book quoted repair orders and requisition parts.
- Schedule quoted repairs and quick quotes; collaborate with supervisors, customers, third-party entities, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain the Technician on-call scheduler for overtime calls.
- Assist the Service/Repair Supervisor in auditing the completeness and accuracy of orders.
- Update SAP and provide internal Technician support.
- Assist with permitting, permit management, invoice disputes, and initiating invoices.
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Prepare reporting functions for Branch Staff Meetings.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Well-organized with a strong customer service mindset.

Pay
The hiring range for this role in Spokane, WA is $63,000.00 – $82,740.00. The compensation package will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet role requirements, business strategy needs, and factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company and individual goals.
