Service Now Functional Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Onsite) – preferred local candidates only.

Work authorization: US Citizen / Green Card.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Analyst to partner with business teams, translate requirements, and support end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules. The consultant will play a key role in requirements gathering, workflow design, UAT coordination, and ensuring governance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Design and configure workflows, SLAs, catalog items, and CMDB alignment.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage Agile delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Define reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business needs.
• Ensure compliance with governance and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in programming/systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional design skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and UAT management.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Certifications in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and Project Management (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, SLAs, and reporting (preferred).
