SERVICE MECHANIC - FIELD

About the role

Responsible for providing field service support to customers in the residential sector. Duties include installation, maintenance, and repair of various home appliances and systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair home appliances and systems
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly
• Document work performed and communicate with supervisors as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years of related experience in home appliance repair or similar field
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Skills

• Knowledge of home appliance repair and maintenance
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
