Responsibilities
- Supervise employees in all phases of the bank operations.
- Handle and resolve customer issues or complex inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain branch workflow and assist in assigning coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience in bank operations with 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to use 10-key adding machine and type 40 wpm.
- Pleasant and tactful interaction with customers.
- Good oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $47,000 - $85,000/yr; commensurate with experience.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).
