Performance Expectations
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to our customer.
- Meet or exceed the customer expectation of repair at all times.
- Review daily operating control report.
- Maintain a daily control sheet of repair orders for reference.
- Review open repair order report weekly.
- Supervise daily general clean-up of service department.
- Comply with all safety requirements set forth.
- Hire and dismiss service department personnel as required.
- Maintain the proper level of personnel to achieve customer satisfaction and company labor sales objectives.
- Define training needs for each individual and maintain training files of each individual.
- Hold bi-weekly service meetings with all service personnel, review all bulletins and updates from OEM's, solicit any service problems from employees' which are company related.
- Perform yearly evaluations one on one with each service employee.
- Produce a profitable department and control expenses.
- Review monthly financial statements to measure the results and control of your department.
