Service Manager
About the role
The role of Service Manager at Terminix involves leading and motivating Pest Technician Teams to deliver outstanding pest control services to valued customers. This role plays a key leadership role in local Terminix branches.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring branch scheduling and ensuring pest tech routes are successfully completed
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded
- Responding to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests
- Inspecting and evaluating the performance of Pest Technicians
- Maintaining inventory levels of pest control products
- Facilitating continual training of local sales and service teams
Requirements
- An associate’s degree (a four-year degree is highly desirable)
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- One to two years of related experience (helpful but not required)
- A willingness to relocate is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
- Strong communications skills (both written and oral)
- Good problem-solving and solution-finding abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and employees
- Detailed orientation and understanding of safety
- A good aptitude for basic/intermediate math
Qualifications

Pay Range Yearly: $57,000.00 - $92,000.00
Schedule
Full-time positions start on day 1 with benefits starting on day 1.
