Service Manager

About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, human resources, training, and compliance. You will ensure uncompromised service to customers and team members while upholding our Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure technicians are organized in appointment scheduling and service tickets.
• Verify technicians have vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork in order through daily check-ins.
• Utilize conflict resolution and effective communication to ensure positive interactions for both team members and customers.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to technicians, including hands-on field assistance and coverage.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly performance goals.
• Operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based portals).

Requirements

• Industry experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to operate internal software and applications.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to pass state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• High school diploma or equivalency (college preferred).

Qualifications

• Able to work a minimum 40-hour work week, including after-hours accessibility (weekends/holidays).
• Possess a current Driver’s License and meet company driving standards.
