Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations across both communities.
- Develop and execute production schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of Maintenance Technicians while promoting accountability and professional growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues involving HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and general building systems.
- Provide hands-on support with service requests and apartment turns when needed.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining exceptional resident satisfaction.
- Cooky with vendors and contractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
- Manage inventory, maintenance materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, common areas, and vacant apartments to maintain company standards.
- Persistently partner with the office team to deliver outstanding resident experience.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency situations, including weather-related events such as snow removal.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, respect, and outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance leadership or management experience.
- 4+ years of multifamily maintenance experience or comparable technical experience.
- Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, electrical, and general maintenance.
- HVAC Certification required; boiler experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize workloads, and drive operational excellence.
- Experience managing preventive maintenance programs, work orders, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing high-performing teams.
- Comfortable using smartphones, maintenance applications, Microsoft Teams, email, and other technology.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to supporting your team and residents.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
