Service Manager
About the role
MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Service Manager in the Atlanta, GA/ North GA area to support our fast-growing Voice division. Responsibilities
- Able to schedule multiple projects with daily business and drives WIP completion with oversight.
- Creates high team morale.
- Provides frequent and effective feedback.
- Works with GM/VP, as well as direct reports professionally and efficiently.
- Advocates MCA safety vision/goals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years, average of 5 years.
- Manages recurring maintenance $100 – 800K.
- Ability to manage mid to large projects.
- Drives all contract renewals.
- Negotiates some renewals without assistance.
Qualifications
Physical environment requires standing, walking, sitting; using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; talking or hearing; lifting (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilizing near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally moving equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently positioning self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

Schedule
Approx 25% travel. Some overnight will be expected.
