- Serves as a leader, ensuring employees follow safety protocols and adhere to store policies.
- Trains and evaluates employees, making personnel decisions based on performance.
- Manages store operations, including scheduling, merchandise management, and customer service.
- Ensures compliance with store policies and maintains a safe working environment.
- Trains new employees and assists with problem-solving within the store.
- Collaborates with other departments to promote the store and manage inventory.
- Handles cash registers and manages financial responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years or more of similar or related work experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including interviewing and guiding people.

Pay
The anticipated hourly starting wage for this position is $16.50 to $20.60 depending on experience.
