• Serves as a leader, ensuring employees follow safety protocols and adhere to store policies.
• Trains and evaluates employees, making personnel decisions based on performance.
• Manages store operations, including scheduling, merchandise management, and customer service.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and maintains a safe working environment.
• Trains new employees and assists with problem-solving within the store.
• Collaborates with other departments to promote the store and manage inventory.
• Handles cash registers and manages financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years or more of similar or related work experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including interviewing and guiding people.

Pay

The anticipated hourly starting wage for this position is $16.50 to $20.60 depending on experience.
