About the role
The Haywire Service Manager is responsible for creating Texas-sized experiences for both Team Members and Guests. This role focuses on cultivating a team atmosphere and ensuring every Guest feels welcome and valued.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a perfect shift by preparing beforehand and with determination and drive.
- Prioritize team training, coaching, and development with a 'Posse over Person' mentality.
- Love Texas-inspired food, wines, and whiskeys.
Requirements
- Two or more years of restaurant management experience with a similar style or volume.
- Knowledge of Open Table, 7Shifts, Microsoft Suite, or similar software.
