About the role
The Haywire Service Manager is responsible for creating Texas-sized experiences for both Team Members and Guests. They are focused on building a positive team atmosphere and ensuring every Guest feels welcome and valued.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for shifts by planning and organizing tasks
- Execute shifts with determination and drive
- Cultivate a team atmosphere by prioritizing team training, coaching, and development
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Motivate the team through growth opportunities and engagement
- Manage a specific area of responsibility (AOR)
Requirements
- Two or more years of restaurant management experience with a similar style or volume
- Knowledge of Open Table, 7Shifts, Microsoft Suite, or similar software
Qualifications
- A love of Texas-inspired food, wines, and whiskeys is a plus
Skills
- Understanding of Haywire Brand DNA
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, urgent environment
- Positive and uplifting work environment
- Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
- Strong motivational skills
