Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of earthmoving and aerial work platforms.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance on equipment operation and safety.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss equipment performance and maintenance needs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to equipment operation and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience operating earthmoving and/or aerial work platforms is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working at heights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
