Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of properties
- Oversee maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Develop and implement resident programs and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of property management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
