About This Role
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Bike Shop Retail Service Manager who shares our passion for cycling and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
Duties include:
- Empowering service technicians to grow and develop their skills.
- Fostering a positive and productive team environment through clear communication and goal-setting.
- Ensuring the service team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service operations.
Requirements
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of bicycle retail management experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in bicycle service.
- High level of organizational ability; exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiastically embraces the concept of serving the customer and providing an exceptional retail experience.
- Capable of safely lifting and carrying 25lbs on a regular basis.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Intrinsically self-motivated, positive, and friendly; able to work both independently and as a member of a team; and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
