Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling of service technicians and preventive maintenance.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
- Prepare and follow up on service quotes and project estimates.
- Oversee invoicing, work orders, and service documentation.
- Cooky with the parts department to ensure job readiness.
- Lead, hire, train, coach, and evaluate service technicians.
- Monitor productivity, labor hours, and department performance.
- Maintain accurate records within business operating systems.
- Promote continuous improvement, safety, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5-7+ years of service management experience (industrial environment preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Compressor industry experience is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and travel locally as needed.
