Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay
Base salary range: $19.00 – $21.00/hour, dependent on credentials, relevant experience, primary job location, and internal equity.

About the Role
In this entry-level Maintenance Technician role, you will work with the Service team to prepare new apartment homes for residents. You will assist in routine repairs of building systems and complete service requests, supporting the upkeep of the property’s buildings and grounds while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting, and drywall
- Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds
- Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy
- Respond to resident service requests; enter and track requests using a work order system
- Keep all amenity areas clean and operable
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and groundskeeping
Requirements
- Must be available for on-call work (possible evening, weekend, and overnight calls) via a rotating schedule
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and complete tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting (prior knowledge helpful but not required)
